- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures for the automotive industry, specifically for the Body and White team at Ford Motor Company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall product quality.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to identify and address any issues or deficiencies in the production process.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor production team members on new processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates, discuss challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Ford Motor Company positively to clients and partners.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Body And White Manufacturing Processes, Including Stamping, Welding, And Assembly.
Proficient In Cad Software And Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings.
Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
