- Foster strong relationships with employees and management, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for both parties.
- Handle and resolve complex employee issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to management on employee relations matters.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements related to employee relations, ensuring compliance and proactively addressing any potential issues.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment in employee relations practices.
- Conduct investigations and gather data to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in employee relations.
- Train and educate managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Serve as a role model for promoting a positive and inclusive work culture, actively promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes and procedures.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or A Similar Hr Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues.
