Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Automotive Production: A Lead Production Supervisor At Ford Motor Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Automotive Production, Preferably Within Ford Motor Or A Similar Company.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Is Essential For A Trim Production Supervisor. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.
