- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in guest experience initiatives across all departments and regions.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the Ford guest experience.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to guest satisfaction and use data to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership to communicate the impact of guest experience initiatives and make recommendations for future strategies.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the guest experience.
- Train and educate Ford employees on guest experience principles and best practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ford Motor, demonstrating a strong passion for the company and its products.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and work together to achieve common goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Experience Analysis And Program Management.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams In A Global Environment.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Advanced Skills In Microsoft Excel And Data Visualization Tools.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
