  1. Develop and implement EMC testing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of vehicle components and systems to identify potential electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues.
  3. Design and implement solutions to mitigate EMI risks and ensure the overall electromagnetic compatibility of Ford vehicles.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality control to ensure EMC considerations are integrated throughout the vehicle development process.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and emerging technologies related to EMC and incorporate them into Ford's engineering practices.
  6. Conduct thorough EMC testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues during vehicle development and production.
  7. Develop and maintain EMC design guidelines and standards for Ford vehicles.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to other engineers and departments within the company on EMC-related matters.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations to improve EMC performance and compliance.
  10. Document and report all EMC testing results and findings, and make recommendations for improvements to management.
  11. Ensure all EMC-related processes and procedures are followed and comply with company and industry standards.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate EMC performance of Ford vehicles in the field and provide recommendations for improvements.
  13. Collaborate with external suppliers and partners to ensure their components and systems meet Ford's EMC standards.
  14. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Emc Testing And Design, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Emc Standards And Regulations, Such As Fcc, Cispr, And Iso.

  • Proficiency In Emc Measurement And Simulation Tools, Such As Emi Receivers, Spectrum Analyzers, And Emc Test Software.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Emc Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.
