- Lead and manage the Vehicle Intelligence & Integration team to ensure successful development and integration of advanced technologies into Ford vehicles.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and stay ahead of competition in the automotive industry.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform product development decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide regular performance feedback to ensure team and individual success.
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business objectives, market demand, and technical feasibility.
- Develop and manage budgets for product development and integration projects.
