- Create and maintain detailed documentation of industrialization processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on industrialization processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design and production technology.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide input and support for new product development.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Design, Engineering, Or Manufacturing.
Proficiency In Cad Software Such As Autocad, Solidworks, Or Catia.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Materials, And Supply Chain Management.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
