  1. Conduct testing and validation of cell components used in Ford vehicles.
  2. Ensure the quality and performance of cell components meet Ford's standards and specifications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing plans and procedures.
  4. Analyze and interpret test data to identify any issues or anomalies and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in cell technology to make recommendations for improving Ford's products.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external suppliers regarding test results and any potential concerns.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during testing.
  10. Provide technical expertise and support to other teams within Ford, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  11. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on testing procedures and protocols.
  13. Attend and present at meetings and conferences related to cell technology and testing.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their components meet Ford's specifications and standards.
  15. Complete all tasks and projects within designated timelines and budgets.

Job Qualifications
