  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Ford Motor's supply chain management processes and reporting systems.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support decision-making and drive business objectives.
  4. Design and implement reporting systems that provide real-time insights into supply chain performance.
  5. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues with the SCM reporting systems and provide timely resolutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to continually improve processes and systems.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Train and support end-users on the proper use of the SCM reporting systems.
  9. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  11. Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for the SCM reporting systems.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the SCM reporting systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of new supply chain management initiatives.
  14. Take ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management Or Data Analysis.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Scm Reporting Tools And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Tableau.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Large Data Sets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
