- Lead and oversee advanced project management initiatives within the Ford Motor organization.
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and provide timely updates and solutions to stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Manage project budgets and resources, making strategic decisions to optimize utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach project management team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.

- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Project Management Experience In The Automotive Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Complex Projects With Cross-Functional Teams.
Pmp Certification And/Or Other Relevant Project Management Certifications.
In-Depth Understanding Of Ford's Project Management Processes And Methodologies.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Guide Team Members Towards Project Goals.
