  1. Collaborate with a team of engineers to develop and execute innovative automotive designs and technologies.
  2. Contribute to the development of new vehicle models, systems, and components.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to support the design and development process.
  4. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable feedback and suggestions.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of engineering processes and procedures.
  6. Utilize advanced software and tools to assist in the design and testing of automotive systems.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
  8. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the engineering department.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in automotive engineering.
  10. Represent Ford Motor Company and Kettering University in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Strong Academic Record With A Minimum Cumulative Gpa Of 3.0.

  • Previous Co-Op Or Internship Experience In Product Engineering Or Automotive Industry.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Cad Software Such As Catia, Solidworks, Or Autocad.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information Effectively.
