Live/Virtual Production Director (Events)

Provide insight on technical aspects of numerous virtual events, both internally and with clients/partners. Demonstrated expertise with virtual event/webinar/content hosting platforms including Zoom Meetings/Webinars, Google Hangouts, etc. Assist with the successful expansion of Forbes’ virtual event offerings as well as sponsorable opportunities to further drive revenue Hands-on experience as a producer with a multi-year background in event strategy, event production, executions and virtual event broadcasting. Ability to think high-level and strategically to enhance Forbes’ roster of virtual events, while being able to execute concepts fully and to completion. Self-starter who will bring new, relevant concepts to the team. Must be a “finisher” – ability to see projects through to completion. Ability to keep up to date on virtual event technology. Vendor research; budget and contract negotiations. Create and maintain event timelines, ROS, BEOs, floor plans, etc.
