
ForbesLive Coordinator
Monitors & updates event calendars and tracks timelines, client attendee lists, budgets (as needed). Monitors and takes notes during event status meetings; follows up on next steps in support of VP, ForbesLive & Group VP ForbesLive Submit invoices in CARTA, route to VP, ForbesLive for approval; link invoices in event budgets. Researches industry intelligence and tracking for competitor events. Collaborates with Forbes Design team leads on invitation, signage, other print/digital event collateral that will feature client branding. Supports VP, ForbesLive in tracking Creative Deliverables Timelines for each event. Works with internal teams on event briefing docs and post-event recaps. Works with Event Staff on day-of execution of events, including nights and occasional weekends.

Ability and a curiosity to learn and understand the full Forbes revenue business across platforms
Ability to work with Forbes vendors and partners (i.e. catering, florals, etc.)
