Job Description

Forbes Shopping is seeking an assistant content producer to manage timely content production for our shopping guides, stories, and product reviews. Building stories and shopping guides in our CMS. Tracking story progress in our edit calendar. Reviewing existing stories for formatting compliance and making adjustments. Assessing and updating retailer destinations as needed (both replacing OOS items and evaluating preferred partners). Assisting with data pulls for various needs including competitor analysis, SEO opportunities, content updates, and coverage opportunities. Updating the Forbes Shopping homepage with new content and imagery. Building the Forbes Shopping newsletter and tracking newsletter stats. Communicating with the product team to report bugs and discuss new features. Light photo editing and resizing as-needed. Opportunity to contribute content ideas and write bylined shopping posts.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience building content / working in a CMS required

  • Previous experience working in content creation for a related lifestyle topic preferred

  • Previous experience with affiliate networks/ commerce content preferred but not required
