Benefits & HRIS Specialist

Assist in the administration of all employee benefit programs including but not limited to medical, dental, life, disability, flex spending accounts, health savings accounts, EAP, commuter transit benefit, and 401k plan. Calculate and process monthly invoices for all benefit plans. Review and process new hire benefit enrollments within online benefits module of the ADP Workforce Now and submit election information to benefit vendor databases. Process changes in benefit vendor databases due to address changes, terminations, and mid-year benefit changes. Manage COBRA vendor website and data feed from ADP. Assist in the rollout of additional HRIS system upgrades and module changes Resolve complex data integrity issues through oversight and regular auditing of benefit program data. Audit 401k changes per pay period via audit process Act as HR point person for employee benefits inquiries including mid-year qualifying event changes, general benefit or time off questions, payroll related benefit inquiries, and COBRA enrollments.
