We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Specialty Merchandise Associate to join our team. As a Specialty Merchandise Associate, you will play an integral role in ensuring our store is stocked with high-quality and unique products that meet our customers' needs.   1. Maintain and organize inventory of specialty merchandise products.
  2. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and locating products.
  4. Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing displays and promotions for specialty merchandise.
  5. Monitor product sales and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing items.
  6. Receive and process shipments of new merchandise, including inspecting for quality and accuracy.
  7. Keep store shelves and displays fully stocked and organized.
  8. Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including back stock and storage areas.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming products and trends in the specialty merchandise market.
  11. Assist in training new team members on specialty merchandise products and procedures.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the specialty merchandise department to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
