4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise and cleaning spills or messes.
5. Actively promote sales and special offers to customers to increase store revenue.
6. Assist with bagging and packaging customer purchases.
7. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and cash handling.
9. Continuously maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products, promotions, and policies.
10. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
12. Complete tasks and duties as assigned by management.
13. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and packaging food products.
