Produce Sales Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Produce Sales Associate to join our amazing team at Food Lion! As the face of our produce department, this position requires an individual with excellent customer service skills, who takes pride in creating a great shopping experience for our guests. If you have a passion for fresh fruits and vegetables, a friendly and positive attitude, and a desire to build relationships with our customers, we’d love to hear from you!The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in retail, produce, or customer service, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Applicants must also have a strong knowledge of produce related products, including seasonality and variety of items. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
