The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal communication abilities and a positive, friendly demeanor. They must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work flexible hours when needed. The successful candidate will be able to effectively identify and address customer needs, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.If you’re looking to make a difference in the produce department and bring your passion for fresh foods to the table, then Food Lion wants you!
