As a Perishable Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our perishable products are stocked, rotated, and presented in a visually appealing manner. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality will be essential in this role.   • Oversee the stocking, rotation, and presentation of perishable products in accordance with company standards and best practices
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products to prevent stockouts
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure freshness and proper storage of perishable products
  • Train and supervise employees on proper handling and storage procedures for perishable products
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize sales of perishable products
  • Collaborate with the store manager and other department managers to ensure cross-functional teamwork and efficient operations
  • Monitor pricing and promotions of perishable products to remain competitive in the market
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding perishable products in a professional and timely manner
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new products to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company policies, procedures, and goals.
