- Oversee the scheduling and staffing of the customer service team to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Handle any escalated customer service issues and proactively communicate with customers to resolve them.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement customer service training programs for new and existing employees.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to customer service.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Management Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Grocery Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Issues And Maintain Positive Relationships With Customers And Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Customer Service Best Practices And Strategies, With A Track Record Of Implementing And Improving Processes To Enhance The Customer Experience.
