We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Manager of Customer Service. As the Manager of Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience every time they visit our store. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.   1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
  2. Train, supervise, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to provide excellent service to customers.
  3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers in the store.
  9. Stay updated on industry and customer service trends and implement best practices.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer service activities.
  11. Manage and maintain customer service equipment and supplies.
  12. Schedule and coordinate staff shifts and coverage to ensure adequate customer service coverage at all times.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to customer service team members.
  14. Identify and implement opportunities for process and service improvements.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations.
