We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Manager of Customer Service to join our team. As the Manager of Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive and satisfying shopping experience.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service department.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Train, mentor, and supervise customer service staff to ensure they provide excellent service to customers.
  4. Create and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer service.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Analyze and report on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously enhance the customer experience.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the customer service team.
  10. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
  12. Work closely with the store manager to ensure all customer service goals and objectives are met.
  13. Ensure all customer service processes and procedures comply with company policies and standards.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to customer service staff.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline customer service processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
