  1. Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, including scheduling, training, and performance management of staff.

  9. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas to continuously improve customer service.
  10. Assist with budget planning and adhere to financial goals set by the company.
  11. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for team members, promoting teamwork, motivation, and accountability.
