As a member of our Frozen Food and Dairy department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have access to fresh and delicious dairy and frozen food products.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding specific products within the frozen food and dairy departments.
  3. Stock and rotate shelves and display cases with fresh and properly dated dairy and frozen food products.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and storage areas.
  5. Ensure proper handling and storage of all dairy and frozen food products to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any low or out-of-stock items.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  8. Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely restocking and replenishment of products.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including pricing, promotions, and special deals.
  11. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay current on company policies and procedures.
  13. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store profitability.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operation of the department.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Knowledge Of Frozen Food And Dairy Products: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Types Of Frozen Food And Dairy Products, Including Proper Storage And Handling Techniques.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Frozen Food Dairy Associate, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Ability To Operate And Maintain Equipment: This Position Requires The Ability To Operate And Maintain Various Equipment Such As Freezers, Refrigerators, And Dairy Coolers. Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Using Such Equipment And Be Able To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Attention To Detail: Maintaining Inventory Accuracy And Rotating Products To Ensure Freshness Is A Key Responsibility Of This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Any Expired Or Damaged Products.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job May Require Standing For Extended Periods, Lifting Heavy Boxes, And Working In Cold Temperatures. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
