We are looking for an experienced Evening Manager to join our team at Food Lion. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented leader, able to effectively manage a shift, help troubleshoot and solve problems, and ensure smooth operations. We need someone who will motivate their team to provide excellent customer service and ensure the store is always well-stocked. The Evening Manager must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
