Food Lion is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused leader to join our team as a Customer Service Leader. We are looking for a person who takes initiative to provide outstanding customer service, build relationships, and create a positive shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team, ensuring the team provides excellent customer service, and taking a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries and complaints.To be successful as our Customer Service Leader, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to lead by example and be a positive role model for the customer service team. You should also be comfortable interacting with customers and be able to build relationships with them.If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
