
Customer Service Leader
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Leader with a passion for providing excellent customer service to join our team at Food Lion. As a Customer Service Leader, you will be responsible for directing the daily activities of the customer service team to ensure outstanding customer experiences. We want someone who is a confident leader and someone who can think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years leading a customer service team in a retail environment. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and have the ability to take initiative and work well independently.
