Customer Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers find what they need, providing excellent customer service, and taking on a leadership role within the store.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for customer service and a knack for problem-solving. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and courteous in difficult situations.
