- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace for all team members.
- Collaborate with various departments and leaders to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices and trends.
- Facilitate training and workshops on topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership.
- Conduct regular diversity audits and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards diversity and inclusion goals.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to develop and implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and ensure a diverse pipeline of talent.
- Review and update hiring processes and procedures to ensure fairness and eliminate bias.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and communities to support diversity and inclusion initiatives and recruitment efforts.
- Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on diversity and inclusion laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members to promote a culture of inclusivity and understanding.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (Dei) Initiatives And Talent Acquisition.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Dei Best Practices, Laws, And Regulations.
Experience Developing And Implementing Dei Strategies In A Corporate Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
