• Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace for all team members.
• Collaborate with various departments and leaders to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices and trends.
• Facilitate training and workshops on topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership.
• Conduct regular diversity audits and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards diversity and inclusion goals.
• Partner with the talent acquisition team to develop and implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and ensure a diverse pipeline of talent.
• Review and update hiring processes and procedures to ensure fairness and eliminate bias.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and communities to support diversity and inclusion initiatives and recruitment efforts.
• Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current on diversity and inclusion laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to team members to promote a culture of inclusivity and understanding.
