- Oversee and manage the operations of the center store department, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of center store associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the center store department.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.

Retail Management Experience: A Center Store Manager At Food Lion Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Grocery Store Or Supermarket Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Employees, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
