- Train and manage a team of center store employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Create and implement merchandising plans to effectively showcase products and promotions in the center store.
- Monitor and manage expenses to stay within budget and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve any issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, incorporating new ideas and strategies to improve the center store's performance.
- Collaborate with other store managers and departments to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the center store.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the center store.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Grocery Store Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Merchandising Strategies, And Product Ordering.
