  1. Maintaining Stock Levels: The Center Store Associate will be responsible for regularly monitoring stock levels and restocking shelves as needed to ensure that the store is adequately stocked at all times.
  2. Product Placement and Organization: It will be the Center Store Associate's responsibility to ensure that products are placed in the correct locations and shelves are organized in a neat and presentable manner for customers.
  3. Providing Exceptional Customer Service: The Center Store Associate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Daily Inventory Management: The Center Store Associate will be responsible for conducting daily inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  5. Product Knowledge: It is essential for the Center Store Associate to have a thorough understanding of the products in their department to assist customers with finding specific items and make recommendations as needed.
  6. Maintaining Cleanliness: The Center Store Associate must ensure that the shelves and surrounding areas are kept clean and free of any clutter or debris to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  7. Collaborating with Team Members: The Center Store Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and the store runs smoothly.
  8. Following Safety and Sanitation Guidelines: It is the responsibility of the Center Store Associate to adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and fellow employees.
  9. Adhering to Company Policies: The Center Store Associate must follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to timekeeping, dress code, and proper handling of products.
  10. Continuously Improving: The Center Store Associate should be open to learning new skills and techniques to improve their job performance and contribute to the success of the store.
