1. Conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, and misconduct.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
3. Serve as a point of contact for employees to report concerns or issues related to the workplace.
4. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management and associates.
6. Educate and train managers and associates on company policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee relations.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations initiatives and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
8. Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all investigations and actions taken.
9. Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations issues.
10. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Legal, to gather information and make informed decisions.
11. Document all investigation findings and maintain accurate records.
12. Handle conflict resolution and mediation between employees as needed.
13. Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our employee relations processes.
