Job Description

Are you an experienced customer service professional with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence? Food Lion is looking for an Assistant Manager of Customer Service to join our team and take our customer service to the next level. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, and helping to develop team members. To be successful in this role, you’ll need an in-depth understanding of customer service principles and a strong drive to provide exceptional customer experiences.
