Job Description

Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to take your career to the next level? Food Lion is looking for an Assistant Manager Customer Service to lead our customer service team in providing exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Manager Customer Service, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and developing strategies to increase sales.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to think on your feet and solve customer issues quickly and effectively. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is highly organized and has the ability to motivate a team.
