Previous Supervisory Experience In A Deli Bakery Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety And Sanitation Practices.
Knowledge Of Bakery And Deli Products, Including Baking Techniques, Ingredient Sourcing, And Product Rotation.
Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Requests In A Professional And Efficient Manner.
