  1. Support the Deli Bakery Manager in daily operations including ordering, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  2. Ensure the highest quality of products by maintaining freshness, presentation, and cleanliness standards.
  3. Lead and train deli bakery staff on proper food handling and safety procedures.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase sales and drive customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and maintain proper stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  6. Collaborate with the Deli Bakery Manager to create and update menus based on customer feedback and market trends.
  7. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and storage areas.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or inquiries.
  10. Act as a role model for the deli bakery team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for the food industry.
