The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisory Training Specialist to join our team.   1. Develop and implement training programs and initiatives that align with the goals and objectives of the FDA.
  2. Monitor and assess the training needs of employees at all levels within the agency and develop strategies to address those needs.
  3. Design and deliver training materials and presentations that are engaging, informative, and effective.
  4. Oversee the training budget and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  5. Collaborate with department leaders to identify key competencies and skills needed for success in their roles and develop training plans to support those needs.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
  7. Mentor and coach employees to support their professional development and career growth.
  8. Lead a team of training specialists and provide guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the FDA's training programs are current and relevant.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to share best practices and resources for training and development.
  11. Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and guidelines related to training and development.
  12. Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and excellence in training and development.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, from entry-level to senior leadership, to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  14. Identify and address any barriers or challenges to employee training and development and propose solutions to overcome them.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunity for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Human Resources, Or Organizational Development.

  • Previous Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs, Preferably In A Government Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Policies Related To Food And Drug Safety.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Employees At All Levels.

  • Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
