  3. Provide guidance and direction to a team of management analysts to ensure successful completion of projects and tasks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues related to the FDA's mission of public health and safety.

  7. Communicate recommendations for improvement to senior management and provide regular progress updates.

  9. Train and mentor junior management analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the execution of management analysis projects.
  11. Lead meetings and presentations to disseminate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  12. Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  13. Develop and manage budgets for management analysis projects.
  14. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the success of management analysis projects.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Government Agency Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Policies, As Well As Experience With Project Management And Data Analysis.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
