  1. Conduct strategic analysis to support the decision-making process of the management team.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FDA programs.
  3. Provide guidance and direction to staff members and ensure their compliance with agency policies and regulations.
  4. Monitor and assess program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to address complex and cross-cutting issues.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for FDA programs and projects.
  7. Identify and analyze emerging trends and issues in the food and drug industry, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  8. Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for staff members.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the FDA and external stakeholders, including industry representatives, consumer groups, and government agencies.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff members.
  12. Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  13. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in management analysis techniques.
  14. Represent the FDA at conferences, meetings, and other events.
  15. Uphold the FDA's mission and values in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Public Administration, Or Healthcare Management.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Regulatory Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulations And Policies Related To Food And Drug Safety, As Well As Experience With Compliance And Enforcement Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Capability To Research And Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations To Improve Processes And Procedures.
