Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Program Analyst to join the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing operational support, analyzing and interpreting data, and developing strategies to ensure the delivery of program objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and the capacity to handle multiple projects with competing demands. If you have a passion for analysis, problem-solving, and the desire to make a positive impact on public health, then this may be the perfect role for you. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field• At least three years of experience in program analysis, project management, or related field• Knowledge of program evaluation and performance measurement• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives.
  2. Interpret and analyze data to inform program decisions.
  3. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and goals.
  5. Monitor program operations and performance to ensure successful implementation.
  6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address program needs.
  7. Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure programs are running effectively.
  8. Maintain accurate records and databases related to program operations.
  9. Evaluate and recommend changes to existing program operations.
  10. Identify and address potential areas of improvement.
