- Coordinate and oversee security contractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Monitor and manage security budget and expenses.
- Communicate any security concerns or vulnerabilities to upper management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve security measures to enhance the overall safety and protection of FDA facilities and assets.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Physical Security, Preferably In A Government Or Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Physical Security, Such As The Federal Information Security Management Act (Fisma) And The Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act (Hipaa).
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess Potential Security Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Internal And External Stakeholders To Ensure Effective Security Measures Are In Place.
