Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines: A Personnel Security Specialist At The Food And Drug Administration (Fda) Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Relevant Regulations And Guidelines, Such As The Privacy Act, Freedom Of Information Act, And The Fda's Own Security Policies.
Experience With Background Investigations: The Fda Requires Its Personnel Security Specialists To Have Experience Conducting And Evaluating Background Investigations. This Includes Knowledge Of Investigative Techniques, Understanding Of Security Clearance Procedures, And Ability To Review And Analyze Investigative Reports.
