- Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve employee performance and engagement within the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
- Conduct thorough assessments of current organizational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement change management plans to support organizational growth and development.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops focused on leadership development, team building, and other relevant topics.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with HR to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
- Serve as a consultant and advisor to managers and leaders on organizational development best practices.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and innovative strategies for organizational development.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and suggestions from employees on ways to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of FDA policies and procedures to ensure all organizational development efforts are in compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing organizational development processes and programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance or support related to organizational development.
- Keep leadership informed of progress, challenges, and opportunities related to organizational development efforts.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical standards while performing job duties.
Bachelor's Degree In Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Organizational Development, Preferably In A Government Or Healthcare Setting
Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Processes Related To Organizational Development And Change Management
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience In Leading And Implementing Organizational Development Initiatives
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Effectively Facilitate Workshops And Training Sessions.
