
Management and Program Analyst

- Conduct research and analysis to support the FDA's mission and objectives.

- Evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and track program budgets, expenditures, and resources.

- Provide guidance and support to program managers and staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the FDA's areas of responsibility.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to staff on program-related topics.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to stakeholders, including the public and industry representatives.
- Support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Adhere to all ethical and confidentiality standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Public Policy, Or Healthcare Management.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Analysis, Evaluation, And/Or Management, Preferably In A Government Or Regulatory Setting.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Conducting Research, Data Analysis, And Developing Reports And Presentations.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Policies, As Well As A General Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical And Medical Device Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management.
