Job Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking an experienced and innovative Instructional Systems Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for developing and implementing effective instructional programs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in instructional design and development. They should be experienced in analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating instructional programs. They should also have a thorough understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to effectively apply them. We are looking for a creative and self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively with teams. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and organized professional who is capable of managing multiple projects and tasks at any given time. They should be able to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including senior management, executives, and subject matter experts. A commitment to excellence and a passion for success is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze existing instructional systems and create innovative strategies for improvement.
  2. Design, develop, and evaluate instructional programs that are tailored to the needs of the organization.
  3. Utilize adult learning principles to create effective instructional programs.
  4. Work independently and collaboratively with teams to ensure successful implementation of instructional programs.
  5. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, executives, and subject matter experts.
  6. Manage multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
  7. Maintain a commitment to excellence and a passion for success.
