Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Criminal Investigator to join the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) investigations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly-skilled and dedicated professional to join a fast-paced, dynamic team that works to protect the public from fraudulent and illegal activities within the food and drug industry.The ideal candidate will have a strong investigative background and be capable of conducting fact-finding investigations into potential violations of FDA regulations and laws. They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to think critically and strategically. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field, and at least two years of investigative experience.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct fact-finding investigations into potential violations of FDA regulations and laws -Develop strategies for gathering evidence, documents, and other materials related to these investigations -Interact with other law enforcement and government agencies to share information and coordinate investigations -Write detailed and accurate reports on all investigations -Organize and maintain investigative case files -Interview witnesses and suspects as part of the investigation process -Provide court testimony as needed -Utilize various databases and resources to conduct investigations -Stay current on all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the FDA
