Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Or A Related Field.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) From A Nationally Recognized Accrediting Agency.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Regulatory Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) And Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) Regulations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Interpret And Analyze Complex Laboratory Data.
