The successful candidate must have a minimum of 7 years in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of legal and corporate governance rules and regulations. The Senior Manager-Investigations, Ethics & Compliance will be responsible for leading the team in conducting investigations, developing ethical standards and codes of conduct, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized and have the ability to work independently. They must be a strategic thinker and have a proven track record in developing effective compliance programs. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build relationships with all levels of the organization. They must also be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects, and have a high degree of professionalism.
